Yes — Hypochlorous Acid (HOCl) lives on the same spectrum as chlorine and can have a similar, faint scent. This smell is natural to HOCl and to be expected. Adding fragrances to HOCl will affect stability and performance, and degrade the active.

Our Topical Skin Spray is clinically tested and suitable for sensitive skin. While our customers with sensitive skin experience great results, it is always advisable to test a small area prior to full application.

Topical Skin Spray is gentle on skin and mucosal contact including areas around the eyelids, nose, and mouth. Customers do report success with these applications following guidance from a licensed medical practitioner. Please consult with your healthcare provider to see if this is right for you.

Our formulations can be applied multiple times throughout the day, as needed. Use 2-4 times a day, for 4-6 weeks, until desired results are achieved and continue use as daily maintenance.

Our Hypochlorous Acid (HOCl) is made only from pure salt & electrolyzed water and are quite beneficial for use on children and teens. Just like adults, children and babies produce HOCl as a part of their internal defense system. If your child has a known chlorine allergy, or autoimmune disease, we advise to test a small area before proceeding with a full application.

As always, we recommend speaking with your doctor if you have any concerns. Our Topical Skin Spray is vegan and gentle; the only ingredients we use are electrolyzed water and salt, producing an end product of pure HOCl.

Due to (1) material compatibilities and (2) the cleansing action of HOCl, we recommend dispensing from original packaging for best results. As desired, product may be transferred ensuring great care that any vessels which the product is transferred to are a quality plastic or glass, and are clean and free of any oils, debris, or foreign chemicals.

No — adulterating the product will affect its performance and compromise its efficacy.

Products are marked with an 12-24 month expiry from the time of manufacture. The product will experience some natural degradation, however it will remain effective until its marked expiry. For best results, use within 6 months after opening.

For optimal storage, keep bottles away from heat and maintain a tight seal when the cap is not in use. To keep from contaminating the product, users should avoid direct contact of foreign objects (such as fingers, cotton swabs, tissues, or towels) directly into the storage container. Store at room temperature or below; bottles may be kept in a refrigerator.

Free shipping is available on retail orders of $49+ and wholesale orders of $350+. Offer valid for lower 48 contiguous United States only. The specified threshold target is considered after any discounts are applied and before any applicable taxes are applied.

By opting for Free Shipping, as made available by Briotech, buyer agrees to let Briotech choose the shipping method. Briotech may honor buyer requests for a specific carrier at their discretion. Offer is not available for shipping to a PO Box in some instances. If a buyer's order contains a PO Box as the Shipping Address, prior to fulfillment Briotech may contact the buyer for an alternative address and/or send an invoice for the cost of shipping and, in the case of this, if the buyer is unable to provide neither within 10 days of order placement then Briotech may opt to cancel and refund the order. Attention: Please note that overnight service is for business days only. If overnight service is requested for an order, and if that order ships on a Friday, that order will not be delivered until the following Monday.

Standard processing times are 1-2 business days. Standard delivery times for domestic orders are typically 1 to 3 business days for West Coast residents, and 2 to 5 business
days for Central and East Coast residents. Delivery time estimates account for the time in-transit only. Standard delivery time for international orders will vary, estimated anywhere from 2-10 days. Lead times may be extended during periods of high volume (holidays, sales, etc.). Domestic packages ship primarily via FedEx, but may be shipped utilizing other carriers such as the USPS or UPS at Briotech's discretion.

International packages ship via DHL or FedEx to most countries. If your country is not upported upon checkout, feel free to contact us so we can explore any options to make ordering available to your country of residence. Due to Canadian regulations, shipments are not supported at this time.

If you are not 100% satisfied with your purchase, you have 30 calendar days to return the item from the date you received it. Only items that have been purchased directly fromwww.shopbriotech.com can be returned. We always aim for make sure our customers love our products, but if you do need to return an order, visit our portal here.

Upon receipt of the return, all items will undergo standard inspection and testing. We will notify you to let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method for the original product price less the cost of return shipping; shipping and handling fees are non-refundable.

We reserve the right to refuse a refund without a receipt. A restocking fee up to 20% of the order subtotal may be charged to the refund balance due on a case-to-case basis. Refunds may take 5-10 days for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. See fullrefund policy.

Please inspect your order upon reception and contact us immediately, within 14 calendar days of receipt, if the item is defective, damaged or if you receive the wrong item, so that we can evaluate the issue and make it right.

Our Hypochlorous Acid production involves only purified water, pharmaceutical-grade salt, and electricity. This yields an end product that is gentle, vegan, and free of additives, alcohol, oil, and added fragrance or dye. Our skin care formulations have been clinically tested and our sanitizer product has been cGMP laboratory tested.

Hypochlorous Acid (HOCl) is not chlorine or bleach. While HOCl, chlorine, and bleach all live on the same spectrum, they are entirely different molecules. HOCl, chlorine, and bleach have atoms in common, but they are arranged differently and that makes a huge difference in what they can do and how they react. Unlike chlorine or bleach, HOCl is a completely natural molecule produced inside the white blood cells of all human and animals as the active component to their internal healing and disinfection.

No — other manufacturers use hypochlorite (bleach), buffers (such as vinegar), or other additives in their production processes, which can result in an impure HOCl product containing bleach or other contaminates. With Hypochlorous Acid on the rise, we've also seen Hypochlorous Acid "infused" products which can greatly impact the amount of active HOCl left in the product.

From what we've learned in a decade of scientific research, is that true efficacy of the product not only depends on the concentration, but more so on purity of the product, its stability, and it's electrical potential.
